Terms of Service

Who we are

Odak Ads (“Odak”, “we”, “us”) is an online service for watching and changing Google Ads accounts. It is provided by RGS Yazılım ve Bilişim Sistemleri Ltd. Şti., Türkiye (“RGS”). You can reach us at [email protected].

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everyone who creates an account or uses Odak (“you”). If you use Odak for a company or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” also means that organization.

Your account and organization

Odak is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and give us accurate details when you sign up.

Work in Odak happens inside an organization. The person who creates it is its Owner. Owners and Admins invite members and give them a role (Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer); what each role may do is shown in the app. The organization is responsible for what its members do in Odak.

Keep your password and two-step codes to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification.

Free trial and subscriptions

Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial with every feature and no card. After the trial you need a paid plan to keep making changes.

The plans are Lite, Pro and Agency. They include the same features and differ only by how many projects you can run; current prices and limits are on our pricing page. You can pay monthly or yearly. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is canceled.

Moving to a bigger plan or from monthly to yearly applies immediately, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan or from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Reaching a project limit never deletes anything; you just cannot add another project.

Payment through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: you buy the subscription from Paddle, Paddle handles payment, invoices, taxes and customer service inquiries about payment, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.

Prices are shown without tax; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and Odak keeps working for a while. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change, and it applies from your next billing period.

Connecting Google Ads

To use Odak you connect your Google Ads accounts through Google’s own sign-in and authorization. You may only connect accounts you are allowed to manage.

Odak only changes your ads when you or a member of your organization asks it to. Recommendations are suggestions. Budget and bid changes ask for confirmation first, and every change is written to the project’s History, where it can be undone. You stay responsible for your campaigns, your ad spend and following Google’s advertising policies.

Odak depends on Google’s services and API, which Google may change or limit. Odak is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google; Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Odak for anything unlawful or to run ads that break the law or the ad platform’s policies;
• connect accounts or invite people without the right to do so;
• try to reach other customers’ data, test or break our security, or overload the service;
• copy, resell or rebuild Odak, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

We may suspend access that puts the service, our customers or Google’s systems at risk.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it only to run Odak for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download your data and delete your account or organization in Settings at any time.

Some features draft content for you, such as ad text for a new campaign. Drafts are suggestions: check them before you publish them, because what you publish is your responsibility.

Cancellation, read-only mode and deletion

You can cancel a subscription in Settings › Billing at any time. It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

When a trial ends or a subscription ends without a new plan, the organization becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not change ads. It stays that way for 90 days. Then the organization and all of its data are deleted. Owners and Admins get an e-mail 30, 7 and 1 day before the deletion. Choosing a plan at any time before then keeps everything as it is.

You can delete your organization or your account yourself at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these Terms, does not pay, or puts others at risk; where we reasonably can, we warn you first and give you time to fix it or export your data.

Changes to the service

We keep improving Odak, so features may change. We aim to keep Odak available at all times but cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. If we remove something important you rely on, we tell you in advance.

Warranties and liability

Odak is provided “as is”. We do our best to show correct data and make the changes you ask for, but we do not guarantee any advertising result, and data from Google can be delayed or incomplete.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost ad revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For changes that matter, we e-mail Owners and Admins or tell you in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; using Odak after that date means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes go to the competent courts of the place where RGS Yazılım ve Bilişim Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. is registered. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may also go to its courts.
